Virtual Veterinary Visit Details*

Our digital coverage hours are 9am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm. The fee for a consultation is $55.

Dearborn Family Pet Care is excited to be one of the first to bring telemedicine services to the Greater Detroit area, allowing you and your furry friend to consult with our team when you’re at home or on-the-go! (This service is not for emergencies)

• If you are interested in a digital consultation, please click on our partner website here. You will need to download the TeleTails mobile app below and enter our code DRGOOD. 

    

• After you submit a consultation request, our team will aim to reply within a 24 hour window of time where you can expect a video consultation from our team. If you have a time(s) that works better for you, please let us know so we can accommodate you as best as possible. This is not an immediate chat service and the majority of our digital consultations will be pre-scheduled with clients. 

*Please note, this is not an emergency triage tool. If you suspect that your pet is having an emergency, please call the hospital immediately. If we feel your pet is best served by an examination in the clinic, we may decline your request and recommend an office visit.
